What are values and how do they relate to Kinect Martial Arts? Values the ideals, customs and beliefs that individuals or groups hold most important. They are valuable. Kinect Martial Arts wants all its students to grow into individuals that uphold high standards in citizenship and morality. This is why the "Promise" (for kids), "Pledge" (for adults) and "Aim To Achieve" (for both) are recited before each class.

Aim To Achieve (everyone)
- Courtesy - Be thoughtful and considerate of others. Use excellent manners and polite behavior.
- Integrity - Be honest and adhere to moral and ethical principles.
- Perseverence - Never give up in the pursuit of your goals, even the face of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement from others.
- Self Control - Have control of both your body and mind. This requires that you have control or restraint of yourself, your actions and your feelings.
- Unbreakable Spirit - Have courage in the face of adversity. Your spirit cannot be broken by another person unless you allow it to happen. Do not let it happen!
